Procedure for Admission under NRI Ward / Children of Gulf NRI / Foreign National / PIO quota:

Documents required for provisional admission:

i) Register on DTE website www.mahacet.org for admission and get an unique ID.

ii) HSSC/XII Marks Sheet / “A” Level or equivalent certificate examination passed / appeared with English, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as essential subjects.

iii) SSC/X Marks sheet / “O” level certificate or equivalent certificate.

iv) School / College Leaving / Transfer Certificate.

v) Migration Certificate.

Eligibility Certificate from concerned University

vii) Nationality Certificate / Citizenship Certificate.

viii) VISA (Either working / business) of NRI / Guardian of NRI.

ix) Employer Certificate or Salary Certificate of NRI.

x) Passport copy of NRI / Guardian of NRI.

xi) Transcripts, if any (applicable for Foreign Students).

xii) NOC From RTM, Nagpur University (applicable for Foreign Nationals / PIO / Gulf NRI candidates).

xiii) Equivalence Certificate from Association of Indian Universities,Delhi (address: AIU house,16 Comrade Indrajit Gupta Marg, New Delhi-2)

Note:

• In case of payments through NRO/NRE accounts equivalent Indian Rupee at the rate of 78 per USD.
• An additional non refundable processing fee of rupees 10,000 is to be payable while filling the Admission request form by DD in favour of Shri Ramdeobaba college of engineering and management, Nagpur.

Refund Rule:

•  In case of cancellation of admission under NRI-Ward/ FN/PIO/Gulf NRI category made before 15th Sepetember, 2022, a proportionate monthly charges of Tuition + Development fee, will be deducted. Incase of cancellation after cutoff date , no refund will be made, except for refundable caution money deposit of INR 25,000.
